The Shirt Factory offers artists’ lofts, creative office space, and other commercial space to artists and creative entrepreneurs.

Mike Piazza owns and manages three wonderful old factory buildings in Kingston, New York, in the heart of the Hudson Valley, that have been brought back to life and are now home to a community of artists. Kingston was rated by Business Week Magazine as the 5th top city in the US for migrating artists to relocate, over San Francisco.

Tenants regularly participate in events sponsored by the Shirt Factory. Among these events are group openings and open studio tours.
