The Shirt Factory has both commercial and residential spaces, tenants include dancers, musicians, sculptors, filmmakers, fashion designers, makers of musical instruments, photographers and others, as well as small businesses that add to the variety that makes up this community-within-a-community unique in a region already noted for its creativity.
